This Privacy Policy explains how POSVERSE AB, operating the inzzii platform (“inzzii”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you use our products and apps, including our POS (Point of Sale), KDS (Kitchen Display System), CDS (Customer Display System), ODS (Order Display System), DS (Digital Signage), and online ordering via web and mobile applications, as well as related hardware and services.

Data We Collect

  • Account & Business Information: name, email, phone, business name, branch details, roles, authentication identifiers.

  • Transaction & Order Data: items, prices, taxes, timestamps, payment status, delivery/pickup preferences, receipt details.

  • Payment Information: processed by payment providers; we do not store full card numbers. We may receive tokens, last four digits, and transaction IDs.

  • Device & Usage Data: device model, OS/app version, IP address, language, crash logs, diagnostics, performance metrics, and interaction events.

  • Location Data (optional): approximate or precise location if you opt in for features such as delivery routing, nearby store selection, or technician dispatch.

  • Support Communications: messages, tickets, call notes, and attachments you provide.

How We Use Data

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services and hardware integrations.

  • Authenticate users, manage roles/permissions, and secure accounts.

  • Process and reconcile orders and payments; generate receipts, reports, and analytics.

App Permissions

Depending on features you use, the app may request:

  • Camera/Photos: to scan items, receipts, or upload images (e.g., menu/photos). Optional.

  • Bluetooth/NFC (if enabled): to connect peripherals such as printers, scanners, or payment terminals.

Sharing and Disclosure

  • Service Providers: hosting, analytics, crash reporting, messaging, payments, hardware logistics—processing data under contract and instructions.

  • Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate protections.

  • Legal & Safety: to comply with law, protect rights and safety, and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell personal data.

International Transfers

  • Transactional/accounting records: retained up to 7 years to meet bookkeeping requirements.
